Itinerary
Day 1: Day 1 : Arrival in Accra
Arrive at Kotoka International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Spend the day relaxing and orienting yourself with the vibrant city of Accra. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner featuring traditional Ghanaian cuisine.
Day 2: Day 2 : Accra City Tour
Discover the rich history and culture of Ghana’s capital. Explore the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, Independence Square, and the bustling Makola Market. Visit the National Museum and the Arts & Crafts Centre to admire local art and handicrafts. Optional evening entertainment can be arranged for those interested in experiencing Accra’s nightlife.
Day 3: Day 3 :Accra to Cape Coast
Travel along Ghana’s scenic coastline to Cape Coast. Stop at the historic Assin Manso Ancestral Slave River Site for a glimpse into Ghana’s history. Continue to Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you will learn about the transatlantic slave trade. End the day with a relaxing evening by the beach.
Day 4: Day 4 :Kakum National Park & Elmina
Begin the day with a canopy walk in Kakum National Park, immersing yourself in the lush rainforest. Experience the local culture with guided interactions in nearby villages. In the afternoon, visit the historic Elmina Castle, followed by an optional boat ride at Elmina fishing harbor.
